Official Itinerary

4pm - 7pm / Meet & Greet along with a Pre-party for the early arrivals at the Hotel Zoso lobby bar.

7pm - 9:30pm / Dinner on your own or in groups is at your discretion. It is highly suggested that you make reservations before your arrival in town. Palm Springs restaurants are very popular and at times difficult to walk-in without reservations.

10pm - 10:30pm / ”The Street Walk”. (We will leave from the front entrance of Hotel Zoso. As a group we will strut our stuff right down the middle of Arenas Blvd at which at the end of the street we will take our group photos. Then head out and enjoy any of the many clubs and bars all within steps of our location.

7am - 9am / Breakfast w/ friends at the Hotel Zoso Restaurant.

9am - 10am / Make-up & Fashion Class from Renato Lopez. Renato, a master make-up artist, will give a 60 minute presentation on make-up techniques and give fashion clues and ideas to help you in blending in within a social environment or standing out in the crowd to display your wings of confidence.

10:00am - 5pm / Makeover Sessions available with Renato Lopez. (Make your appointments directly with Renato by going to her professional webpage MakeupByRenato.com).

11am - 1pm / Lunch & shopping on your own or in groups.

1pm - 4pm / Lounge poolside at Hotel Zoso with libations and appetizers and social time to catch up with distant friends.

6pm - 7pm / Happy Hour at the lobby bar inside Hotel Zoso.

7pm - 10pm / Dinner on your own or in groups. Make your reservations early in the week prior to arrival!!!

10pm - ???am / Dance the night away at our favorite club Hunters. Consider not carrying purses or handbags. You will be responsible for maintaining your own personal belongings. Desert Crossroads nor Hunters will be responsible for lost or stolen items.

?am - ?am / “____________________”, Breakfast Brunch at the Hotel Zoso Restaurant.

9am - 10am / Make-up & Fashion Class from Renato Lopez. Renato, a master make-up artist and fashionista will give a 30 minutes presentation on make-up techniques and then immediately follow 30 minutes of fashion clues and ideas to help you in blending in within a social environment or standing out in the crowd to display your wings of confidence.

10:15am - 11:30am / Come and sit and join our local resident Dr. Jami Woods. Dr. Woods will be giving a powerpoint presentation on Gender Dysphoria and other related topics associated with our transgender and crossdressing community. She is a highly dynamic speaker with great knowledge on the subject matter.

11:30am - 1pm / Brunch / Lunch on your own or in groups.

1pm - 4pm / It’s time for the pool party! Come join the fun and social atmosphere with our entire Palm Springs community. Games & prizes await you. Enjoy cocktails or mocktails and appetizers to help absorb the alcohol.

5pm - 6pm / Happy Hour at the lobby bar inside Hotel Zoso.

6pm - 8pm / Dinner on your own or in groups.

8pm - 11pm / Heart of Blonde Concert Poolside at Hotel Zoso.

11pm - ???? / After Party / Get your girl on and go party in any of the newest venues Palm Springs has to offer.

10:30a - 1p / Get a late check out and stay for the “Sunday Service” brunch at Hotel Zoso.
